As a professional you may use our Services to treat and advise your patients but may not use it for other purposes. YourTinnitus retains full copyright ownership, rights and protection in all material contained on the Site (including all software, HTML code and other code). The use of material, including, without limitation, testing protocols, testing results, logos, text, graphics and other copyrightable materials on the Site are limited to personal use for patients and use by professionals with their patients and cannot be reverse-engineered, disassembled, decompiled, transcribed, resold or redistributed without our specific prior written consent in each instance. Some material are copyrighted by third parties and users may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display or otherwise provide any Content without the prior written consent of YourTinnitus. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading copyrighted material or using the Site or Services. Patient Forum: Patients posting content or communicating with other registered users should be aware that information is visible to visitors of the Site who are not necessarily registered users. Be aware that if you actively comment, blog, or post content or participate in the Patient Forum then any personal information you provide will be accessible to all users. You must register to post content in the Patient Forum. *Edit or delete any communication posted on the Site, regardless of whether such communications violate these standards.
*Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site, or which, in the judgment of YourTinnitus, exposes YourTinnitus or any of its customers or suppliers to any liability or detriment of any type.

License of Rights
